1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of the Bobwag website and app. By using them, you agree to what is set out here. In this document, "Bobwag", "we" and "us" mean the company that operates the Bobwag service.
2. Using Bobwag
You need to be 18 or over to use Bobwag. You agree to use the service honestly, to keep your login and device secure, and not to misuse the app or try to access other people's data. You are responsible for the activity that happens through your account.
3. Your wallet and your data
Your identity and personal details are held in a wallet on your own device. You decide what to share and when. How we handle the limited information we do hold is set out in our privacy policy.
4. Getting paid and Bobwag coins
When you approve a request, you may receive Bobwag coins in your wallet. Bobwag keeps a small share of each payment to run the service. Coin values, fees and how cash-out works will be explained clearly in the app. Nothing on this site or in the app is financial advice, and example figures are there to illustrate how it works, not to promise a particular amount.
5. Availability
Bobwag is still being built and is not yet available to the public. We will do our best to keep the service running smoothly once it launches, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.
6. Trademarks and examples
Any company names or logos shown on this site are used as examples only and do not imply any partnership or endorsement unless we say so. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
7. Our responsibility
We provide Bobwag with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that we could not reasonably have foreseen, or that were not caused by us. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UK consumer law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of the page, and let you know if a change is significant.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
